Terms of service
Core service terms for using LeadResponder to draft, review, and send AI-assisted email replies.
Service access
LeadResponder provides software for configuring AI email agents, knowledge sources, draft review, and automated replies subject to active plan limits.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for account access, user permissions, mailbox credentials, business knowledge accuracy, prompt instructions, draft review decisions, legal compliance for their communications, and the consequences of enabling Auto-send mode.
Auto-send mode
Auto-send mode can send AI-generated replies through a connected inbox when configured confidence and business-rule checks pass. Customers should use draft mode until their inbox, agent instructions, knowledge base, and escalation process have been validated for the intended workflow.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use LeadResponder to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, credential-harvesting, spam, or high-risk communications. The service must not be used to bypass consent requirements, mailbox provider rules, sanctions restrictions, or industry-specific obligations that apply to the customer.
Billing and limits
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include defined AI response allowances. Subscription state, payment status, and configured plan limits may control access to application features and email automation.
Service changes and availability
LeadResponder may update features, providers, limits, security controls, and operational workflows to improve reliability or meet compliance needs. The service depends on customer-configured mailboxes, hosting, Stripe, LLM providers, and network availability.
Support and account administration
Staff may access administrative tools to support customers, investigate failures, manage billing state, inspect audit logs, and perform audited impersonation when needed for support. Customers should contact support through the public contact form or other published support channel.
